Registration Rates
Register early to take advantage of the available price break! The registration fee (excluding guests) includes admittance to all sessions, conference materials, five meals and a Jostens Renaissance National Conference T-Shirt. Your registration becomes effective when full payment is received. The date full payment is postmarked determines the registration fee. Full payment must accompany the Registration Form.

General Registration
Early-Bird Attendee Registration
Jostens Renaissance invites registrants to take advantage of the $25 early-bird registration discount. Registration Form and full payment of $300 must be postmarked by May 1, 2010 to qualify.

Standard Attendee Registration
Registration Form and full payment of $325 must be postmarked May 2 to July 9, 2010 to qualify for the standard registration fee.

On-Site Registration
Registration after July 9, 2010 will be accepted on-site only. Please bring your Registration Form and full payment of $375 to the Jostens Renaissance On-Site Registration desk.

Guest Registration
Guest registration will be valid for Friday's Opening Session, Friday Evening's Fun Night and the Saturday Evening Awards Banquet only.

Early-Bird Guest Registration
Guest name and full payment of $175 must be included on the attendee's Registration Form, postmarked by May 1, 2010 to qualify.

Standard Guest Registration
Guest name and full payment of $200 must be included on the attendee's Registration Form, postmarked May 2 to July 9, 2010 to qualify.

On-Site Guest Registration
Guest Registration after July 9, 2010 will be accepted on-site only. Please bring your guest Registration Form and full payment of $250 to the Jostens Renaissance On-Site Registration Desk.

Registration Confirmation
All registrations received by July 9, 2010 will receive a formal conference confirmation email. Please include an email address on your Registration Form. It is important that the email address is accessible to you during and after the close of your school year. Please allow two weeks for delivery of confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of your registration submittal, please contact Jostens Renaissance at 800-235-4774 ext. 3249. If email address is not available, please make note on your Registration Form and confirmation information will be sent to you via Standard US mail.

All cancellations postmarked by June 26, 2010 will be refunded in full, less a $35 registration processing fee. After that date, no cancellation refunds will be honored. The processing fee will apply to each individual registration cancelled and represents the cost incurred by Jostens Renaissance to process a registration. This fee is non-refundable. Refunds from cancellations will be issued in the same payment form as received. All refunds will be processed 6 to 8 weeks after the conference.

Transfer of Registration
The transfer of a registration from one individual to another will be accepted (at no charge) through June 26, 2010. After this date, a $35.00 fee will be assessed for registration transfer.

Super-Size Your Conference Workshop

Are you a first time conference attendee? Then this session is for you. This session is designed to help you take full advantage of this year’s conference. Get tips on:
         · How the conference works
         · Guidance on which sessions may give you the most knowledge for your Jostens            Renaissance program
         · How to bring your new knowledge back to your school

New to Jostens Renaissance Workshop
Friday, 10:00 am – 11:30 am (Tentative)
This session is specifically designed for those schools new to Jostens Renaissance and will cover:
         · The basics of Jostens Renaissance
         · The ups and downs your new program may encounter
         · Ideas and strategies to jump-start your Jostens Renaissance program
         · Suggested sessions to attend at the conference

Jostens Cyber Café
Compliments of Jostens, a Cyber Café will be available throughout the conference. An information booth will be set up for questions and concerns you may have. Computers with internet access will be available to attendees for checking email periodically.

Platinum Books

ORDER YOUR PLATINUM BOOKS EARLY
You will be able to order your Platinum books for the 2010 - 2011 school year at the Jostens Renaissance National Conference. Direct delivery to your school will be in the fall, and you'll be the first to receive your 2010 - 2011 Platinum Books!

Special Meals

If for health, diet or religious reasons you have a special meal request, please indicate your request on the registration form.

If you have any additional requests, please indicate your request on the registration form or visit the Information Booth at any time during the conference.

Smoking & Alcohol

All of Jostens Renaissance events will be smoke-free and alcohol-free functions.  Thank you for adhering to this policy.

Children

While we know that some of you may bring your children to the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa, we request that they do not attend any of the functions or meals.  If you need assistance in providing care during the meetings or evenings, please contact the hotel directly at 1-866-397-6516.

Changes To Your
Original Registration?

If you need to make changes to your original registration, please use your confirmation number to access your current registration information.  You may make changes to your electronic registration.  All of your changes will be updated automatically in the database.  ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE BEFORE
JUNE 26, 2010.
