Group Rate is:

  • $139/night - Single or double occupancy
  • $159/night - Triple occupancy
  • $179/night - Quad occupancy
Each room will also be charged 12.27% tax/night, in addition to the above rate.

Note: Hotel policy requires an adult to be registered in a room with attendees under 18 years of age.

Please make your reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency by phone at 1-800-233-1234. You must identify your affiliation with Jostens to receive the group rate. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out should you fail to secure the group rate at the time the reservation is made. Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 17, 2008.

All reservations accepted after this date will be based upon space availability and the prevailing published hotel rates. Jostens group rate will not be honored.

Deposit/Payment: The Hyatt Regency may require a deposit equal to one night's room plus tax, as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. Reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date.

Cancellations: Refunds will be issued on hotel reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date.
